Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer if applicable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-refundable items include opened or used products and items returned after the 7-day period.
